We all know the feeling of coming back from summer carrying a question.
SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO?
IS IT FINALLY TIME TO START MY OWN BUSINESS?
WHAT DOES THE NEXT CHAPTER LOOK LIKE FOR MY BUSINESS?
WHAT IS THE STEP-CHANGE I NEED?
Most people have that thought sometime in August. Most people bury it again by the second week of September. The calendar fills up, meetings return, school starts, and the question gets postponed until next year.
On September 23, there are exactly 100 days left in the year. This workshop exists so you cross that line with a decision and a plan instead of a familiar question before that time hits.
This workshop is for you if you want to:
✔ Make the decision you've been carrying around all summer — whether that's leaving corporate, starting or growing a business, going for the bigger role, relocating, or rethinking work after parental leave.
✔ Turn a vague sense of "something needs to change" into one clear priority for the final quarter.
✔ Replace another list of intentions with a written 100-day plan you'll actually follow through on.
✔ Think through your next chapter with structure, dedicated time, and people facing similar questions—instead of in stolen moments between meetings.
What You’ll Learn:
-
Where You Actually Are: Use William Bridges' Transition Model to separate external change (the promotion, the move, the new baby, the business) from internal transition - and understand why feeling stuck is often just an unfinished ending.
-
What Your Calendar Is Really Made Of: Complete the Energy Grid, mapping competence against energy. The most revealing quadrant is High Competence + Low Energy: the work you're very good at but no longer enjoy, and that the world keeps rewarding you for.
-
How to Test the Decision You're Avoiding: Apply Suzy Welch's 10-10-10 to the question you bring into the room: how will I feel about this in 10 minutes, 10 months, and 10 years? A simple tool that separates immediate discomfort from long-term consequence.
-
Why You Keep Getting in Your Own Way: Work through WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan), the evidence-based method from Gabriele Oettingen's research. The obstacle is usually not external - it's a behavior, belief, or habit you can actually plan against.
-
How to Make Follow-Through Automatic: Translate your plan into "if-then" implementation intentions, a technique shown across dozens of studies to dramatically increase the odds you actually do the thing.
-
Who You Need Around You: Build your personal support board for the next 100 days, and set accountability checkpoints through year-end so the plan survives October.
What’s Inside the Workshop:
✍ 90-Minute Live Working Session – Roughly 30% teaching, 35% individual reflection and writing, 35% discussion and breakouts with others facing similar questions.
🛠 Three Proven Frameworks – Tools you can immediately apply and reuse:
-
William Bridges' Transition Model for understanding where you are.
-
Suzy Welch's 10-10-10 for the decision you've been postponing.

🧠 The Energy Grid – A coaching exercise that maps your real calendar against your real energy, and usually explains "stuck" in about eight minutes.
📖 The Last 100 Days Workbook – Transition assessment, Energy Grid, decision worksheets, WOOP templates, accountability pages, and monthly review prompts. You'll use it during the workshop and keep using it through the final quarter.

What you'll leave with
One Priority and a Decision— Made or Consciously Parked
Instead of carrying the same question into a fourth consecutive season, you'll leave with clarity on where you actually are, one priority for the final quarter, and the decision you've been avoiding either made or deliberately set aside with a review date.
A Written 100-Day Plan With Accountability Built In
You'll walk out with a completed WOOP, three if-then commitments, a personal support board, and checkpoints scheduled through year-end — a plan built with methods that research shows dramatically improve follow-through, not another list of intentions.
Dedicated Time to Think
Smart, capable people carry major decisions around in their heads for years without ever creating proper time to think them through. Ninety minutes of structured thinking, with proven frameworks and the right questions, can change the direction of the next two years.
The final quarter will happen either way. You'll enter it intentionally instead of by default.
