Not at all. We work with scaling startups, mid-size teams, and large enterprises alike. What matters most is that you’re ready to invest in your people.

Can we book you for a one-off workshop?

Yes. We do one-offs, series, and longer-term programs depending on your goals.

Do you deliver in-person or virtually?

Both. I’m based in Dublin, Ireland but regularly work with clients across Europe, the U.S., and beyond—on Zoom or travel onsite.

What is your coaching style?

My coach-sultant style is straightforward, action-oriented, and infused with a sense of humor. I believe in building a strong, trust-based relationship with my clients, which allows for open and honest communication. My approach is flexible and collaborative, adapting to your personal style and the demands of your situation to provide support where it's most needed.

What industries do you specialize in?

Tech, consulting, media and entertainment, healthcare, education, finance—and any organization where leadership really matters.

Do you offer follow-up coaching after trainings?

Yes. Many clients pair workshops with group or individual coaching for long-term impact.

Can we build a leadership development program from scratch with you?

Absolutely. We love being your thought partner. From mapping competencies to running pilots to full rollouts—we do it.

Do you work alone or bring in additional facilitators?

Merve is always the lead facilitator and content designer for every engagement. Depending on the size of the group, the budget available, and the needs of your organization, she draws on an extended network of trusted coaches, operations managers, and collaborators based across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. This ensures you get both consistency in delivery and the capacity to scale when needed.
